In early April, members from the Bluespark team attended Designing for Digital, a design and education oriented conference held annually in Austin, Texas.

Bluespark UX Strategist Mark Dodgson and Project Manager Alodia Cano presented on our work with Cleveland Public Library and the innovative changes occurring with public libraries, in general. By aligning stakeholders early in the development process and then focusing on user experience (UX) design, the priority was always on engaging users and developing community.

Here is an online video of Mark's portion of the presentation.
